Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to the India Green Summit and Expo! Before you proceed with booking your exhibition space, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. Your participation in the event implies your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Payment: Full payment of booth fees is required upon registration.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days before the event: Full refund, minus processing fee. Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 30 days before the event: No refund. Booth Allocation: Made based on availability and suitability by the organizer.

Exhibitor Responsibilities:

Ensure booth setup complies with regulations and safety standards.

Grant permission to use company name, logo, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

Liability:

Organizer not liable for loss, damage, or injury to exhibitors or their property. Exhibitors advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

Indemnification:

Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities.

Force Majeure Clause:

The Force Majeure clause in the terms and conditions of the India Green Summit and Expo addresses situations where unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the control of either party (the exhibitor or the organizer) prevent either party from fulfilling their obligations under the agreement. These events are typically referred to as “acts of God” and can include natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, or hurricanes, as well as man-made events like acts of war, terrorism, or government actions that make it impossible or impractical to fulfill the contract.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Organizer reserves the right to amend or update terms. Exhibitors will be notified of changes. By signing below, the exhibitor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

  1. Booth Reservation:
    • Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
    • The organizer reserves the right to allocate booth spaces at their discretion.
  2. Payment:
    • Full payment of the booth charges, including taxes, is required to confirm your reservation.
    • Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
  3. Eligibility:
    • Participation is open to companies and organizations aligned with the theme of environmental sustainability.
    • The organizer reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  4. Booth Specifications:
    • Each exhibitor will be provided with a designated booth space and basic amenities.
    • Additional requirements or modifications must be communicated in advance and are subject to additional charges.
  5. Setup and Dismantling:
    • Exhibitors must adhere to the specified setup and dismantling timelines provided by the organizer.
    • Failure to comply may result in additional charges or exclusion from future events.
  6. Display Materials:
    • Exhibitors are responsible for their display materials, ensuring they comply with safety regulations.
    • Displays should not obstruct neighboring booths or impede the flow of foot traffic.
  7. Insurance and Liability:
    • Exhibitors are encouraged to have their insurance covering their materials and displays.
    • The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibitor property.
  8. Cancellation:
    • In the event of exhibitor cancellation, payments are non-refundable.
    • The organizer may consider a transfer of booth reservation to a substitute exhibitor, subject to approval.
  9. Subletting:
    • Exhibitors are not allowed to sublet or share their booth space without prior written consent from the organizer.
  10. Compliance with Laws:
    • Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and national laws and regulations.
    • Any violation may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
  11. Event Changes:
    • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, layout, or any other aspect deemed necessary.
  12. Termination of Participation:
    • The organizer reserves the right to terminate an exhibitor’s participation without refund if they violate terms and conditions.
  13. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi
    • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
